    Great view over the sea from the balcony, excellent location a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurant and supermarket.

    Air condition was only in the living room, not in either of the two bedrooms.

    L'emplacement était idéal, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le quartier est calme. L'appartement est spacieux et permet largement à 4 personnes de cohabiter sans être les uns sur les autres. L'immeuble est sécurisé et une place de parking est proposée ce qui est appréciable.

    Des équipements proposés ne sont pas fonctionnels ou endommagés : WC bouchés (mon mari a dû les dévoucher...), douche bouchée (idem nous l'avons debouchée), évacuation de la climatisation qui ne marche pas ce qui a généré une flaque vaseuse sur le balcon et qui coulait dans l'appartement du dessous, robinet cuisine non fixé (un technicien est intervenu sur demande de l'agence)... Par ailleurs, l'aspirateur n'aspirait plus et pas de pelle proposée. Ces petits désagréments ne facilitent pas le quotidien et il me semble que ces points devraient être vérifiés avant l'arrivée du locataire.

    Bien ubicado

    Está muy bien ubicado que se puede ir andando a la playa

    Falta el básico (por ejemplo jabon). También hace mucho calor y podrían poner al menos ventiladores en las habitaciones porque se duerme bastante mal con el calor.

    Excelente departamento con una vista de lujo

    La vista del departamento es increible. La zona es tranquila, sin estar dentro del bullicio del centro pero a 5 minutos en auto. La playa de Canyelles es muy linda y tranquila, a solo 2 minutos caminando. Conveniente el parking en el edificio. Esta muy bien equipado cocina, lavarropas y demas.

    Por mas que estaba detallado, 3 pisos en escalera es un poco incomodo si tenes equipaje. Pero nada grave.
