  Lots of potential to be so much better!

  Location was great, access to the sea and to the Tram network was excellent. You can walk through the La Isleta Tram stop (cross when on the green man). Google Maps has you walking round the outer road. To access the sea, go from the 6th floor to the 1st floor via the stairs. The same building key is used for all of the access doors and also to use the outdoor shower (that information should be in the apartment guide folder in the room).

  The smell from the kitchen/bathroom was extremely bad. We left the sinks filled with water thinking there was no u-bend to stop the smell from the drains. We can only assume the smell comes from the washing machine/dishwasher cupboard in the kitchen and from the shower waste in the bathroom (although the kitchen was the worst). There was only a single air-conditioning unit in the living/dinning room area. This made it really ineffective for cooling the bedrooms at the other side of the apartment (my son pulled his bed/mattress to the living room floor). You need to take your rubbish to the bins on the street, the building doesn't seem to have any bins and no information detailing where the closest bins are located is in the apartment guide folder in the room. The bins I found were a 5 minute walk, turn right as you leave the building and follow the street to the stairs to the beach. The bins are located at the top of the stairs.

  Dezamagitor raport calitate-pret

  Check-in-ul a fost foarte ușor, iar priveliștea este superbă. Apartamentul este situat la doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de plajă.

  Din păcate, apartamentul este destul de învechit și are câteva neajunsuri. Instalația electrică pare subdimensionată: dacă folosești în același timp plita, mașina de spălat și aerul condiționat, se întrerupe curentul, ceea ce este destul de incomod. De asemenea, mi-au fost reținuți 30 € din garanție pentru că nu am dus ultimul sac de gunoi. În nicio etapă nu ni s-a comunicat că aceasta este o obligație sau că nerespectarea ei implică o penalizare. Dacă această regulă ar fi fost explicată clar de la început, am fi respectat-o fără probleme. Per total, locația și priveliștea sunt excelente, însă starea apartamentului, problemele cu instalația electrică și lipsa unei comunicări clare privind regulile au afectat experiența noastră.
