    Location of area has gone down hill. Homeless sleep on a mattress next to the building and a lot of drinking and loud at night.

    Zeker geschikt om vanuit El Zapillo de stad te verkennen in combinatie met genieten aan zee.

    Toplocatie vlakbij strand en openbaar vervoer. Voldoende ruimte (ik was alleen). Badkamer is in orde. Airco werkt naar behoren (wel luid, dus als je rust wil moet je hem uit zetten). Rolluiken voor de meeste ramen houden bovendien de zon buiten. Er zijn meerdere tussendeuren, dus je kan je wel enigszins afsluiten van geluiden uit het gebouw (in de badkamer hoor je wel anderen hun toilet doorspoelen). Voor deze prijs krijg je wel een behoorlijk verblijf. Lakens waren voorzien, handdoeken ook (maar deels versleten). Ook 1 keukenhanddoek.

    Kritische punten die voor de ene belangrijker zullen zijn dan voor de andere: Ik kreeg de verkeerde toegangscode. Dit werd wel snel rechtgezet via Whatsapp. Wifi werkt slechts heel af en toe. De koelkast is nét geschikt voor 1 persoon. Als je er met 4 verblijft zou dit wel een probleem zijn. Kookgerief is zeer beperkt en ondermaats qua kwaliteit en netheid. Er waren geen pannenlappen/onderzetters voor hete potten. Er was een probleem met het water bij aankomst, waardoor dit afgesloten was. Dit werd binnen de 4-5 uur opgelost, maar ik werd hier niet van op de hoogte gehouden. Het had sympathiek geweest als ze in tussentijd toch minstens een grote fles drinkwater voorzien hadden of een (tijdelijke) oplossing hadden geboden. Toiletpapier mag iets ruimer voorzien worden. De zetel was zéér oncomfortabel.
