    The apartment is lovely, but the sound insulation between floors is not acceptable, do not rent the ground level apt, as you can hear every sound from the level above, so you may be lucky with a nice group of people or unfortunate with a not so nice group of people. Especially if you have young kids with you. This is my only complaint the apt is very nice otherwise.9
