Severe hygiene issues and no proper resolution
We stayed here for 3 nights (5–8 October). We arrived at the apartment late at night and discovered extremely poor hygiene conditions before going to sleep. The bed linens had not been changed or washed: they had hair and stains and smelled moldy. We washed the sheets ourselves and slept in our outdoor clothes. We reported these issues to the host that night. The host replied the next morning and said we should not have dealt with it on our own. We requested compensation for the first night, which the host refused, and the host did not respond to any of our subsequent messages. On the second day, I developed a skin infection and bought antifungal cream. I believe this was related to the moldy bedding and the overall hygiene conditions. The toilet had not been cleaned, and the toilet seat had feces and urine marks. The bag containing the toilet paper was stuck to a cockroach trap, and the cockroach trap had cockroaches, mouse droppings and other insect corpses on it. There was no hand soap and no laundry detergent in the apartment, the shower drain was blocked, the dishcloth was soaking in dirty water, and there were stains in multiple places in the apartment. After we reported everything with photo evidence, the host offered EUR 50 compensation, which we refused as insufficient. The host did not offer any further resolution. We found that previous guests had also reported similar hygiene issues in their reviews. We travelled far to Madrid for our trip and have no reason to fabricate any of this. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision.

Fin de semana de lujo
El menaje de la casa y el orden de las cosas . Cuando nos íbamos una señorita se disponía a recoger y hacer la limpieza del apartamento.
Solo echamos en falta 1 tostadora. los desayunos (pan) tuvimos que hacer con sartén

L'appartamento confortevole e dotato di tutti i servizi.
La serratura non è molto sicura..gli asciugamani facevano un pò di odore sgradevole, e mancavano gli asciugamani ospite.
