Some things need maintenance: exterior door, shower, mattress could be more comfortable, and some air fan to make it cooler. Get hot during the night .

The pool was lovely, big smart TV. Bed was comfy. Good cooking equipment. Very good location in between Costa adeje and las Americas with a nice balcony

There was water leaking from the shower above coming through the light, vent and corner of the ceiling. Leaving a slip hazard in the bathroom.VERY DANGEROUS. Had to use bucket to catch the water at times and BOILING water fell through the vents periodically. Staff weren't understanding of the danger with and never offered any compensation. Construction work above floors with some daytime noise. The sliding door on the left did NOT lock. It was broken. Which left my partner worried.
