    Top Lage und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

    Die Lage der Appartmentanlage am Rand von Sant Elm, nahe am Naturschutzgebiet ist top! Der Blick vom Balkon auf La Dragonera und auf das offene Meer unbezahlbar. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber funktionell. Die Betten bequem. Das Bad geräumig mit begehbarer Dusche. Genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, großem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Geschirr ist ausreichend für 2 Personen vorhanden. Wir bekamen nach 4 Tagen neue Handtücher. Der Pool gepflegt. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert, Parkplätze am Haus.

    Das Müllsystem wurde auf der Insel umgestellt und macht es einem als Gast sehr schwer, den Müll selbst zu entsorgen, weil nur an einzelnen Tagen die verscheidenen Müllarten abgeholt werden. Die Lage unseres Appartments direkt am Pool war für uns aufgrund des Lärmpegels der Gäste/Kinder im Pool störend. Es hätten mehr ordentliche Kleiderbügel vorhanden sein können.

    A very nice apartment in a very quiet location.

    Spacious,clean apartment in a very calm and quiet location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Nearest beach about 15 minutes walk.

    Difficult to get to from bus stop , no super markets nearby-half an hour on the bus. Swimming pool not heated. Air-conditioning only in the living room so the bedrooms are really hot even with the fan on !
