    Convenient, close to the beach and the supermarket!

    It was a really cozy place to stay in Costa Calma, close to the beach with ocean view from the terrace. We loved staying there and Johanna was great! Parking was no issue, we could always find a spot in the street and it was nice sitting on the terrace and enjoying the view.

    Some furniture requires updating, as well as the shower in the bathroom and AC would definitely improve the overall stay as it can get quite hot in August.

    Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cockroach problem, which seriously affected our comfort and ruined

    Great location and a beautiful view. The apartment was clean upon arrival.

    Unfortunately, the main problem was the large number of cockroaches in the apartment. They appeared in different areas, including the balcony, hallway and bathroom, and we saw them repeatedly, especially in the evenings. We immediately informed the owner, but the problem was not properly resolved. Some insecticide and traps were used, but the cockroaches continued to appear, so we even had to buy additional traps ourselves. As a result, we had several nights of poor sleep and did not feel comfortable not using the kitchen or spending time in the apartment. Instead of relaxing in the evenings, we had to deal with cockroaches. After several days, the owner offered to move us to another apartment. There were no cockroaches there, but the cleanliness was still not ideal, with hairs on the toilet seat.There were also cockroach-killing products in the new apartment.

    Location - top! Very close to most beautiful beaches, supermarket next door, easy parking, easy access. Apartment was cozy & comfortable, great bed, kitchen well equipped, internet works well. Big terrace with sun loungers, umbrella and amazing ocean view. Great communication & welcome from señora Johanna.

    Maybe would be nice to add portable ventilator, as we were staying in August, some cooling solution would be helpful. Shower is a bit outdated with a thin curtain which is not very comfortable and bathroom floor gets wet & slippery. But it's just a minor issues, in general the stay was very good.
