  Excellent, très bien situé, je reverrai de posséder un tel appartement 🤩

  Très bien situé, en front de mer. Grand volumes, belles chambres, terrasse immense, appartement très bien équipé. Très bon accueil !

  Le Parking de l'hôtel éloigné de l'appartement (mais seulement a moins de 5mn à pieds). La Faiblesse de pression d'eau sanitaire lorsque plusieurs points d'eau sont utilisés ensemble. Les Piles HS dans les éclairages de courtoisie sur la table du salon. L'unique clé de l'entrée du bâtiment qui nous a contraint à organiser l'accès à l'appartement (nous étions 8 personnes) *Ces remarques sont insignifiantes par rapport à la qualité offerte par cet appartement que je recommande plus que plus !!!!

  Heerlijk ruim appartement dichtbij zee

  De ligging van het appartement is heerlijk; je steekt de straat over en bent op het strand. Vanuit het appartement en balkon ook zicht op zee. Het appartement (mediterraneo 3) is ook heel ruim en fris ingericht. 2 badkamers voorzien van handdoeken, keuken voorzien van grote koelkast, inductie kookplaat, vaatwasser, senseo apparaat, broodrooster ed. Fijne bedden. Vanaf het strand kun je kajakken en 2 kanten in een stukje van de cami de ronda lopen. Er zijn wat restaurantjes aan de boulevard, gescheiden door een weg van het strand.

  Het meubilair op het balkon is niet comfortabel. Verder had ik me een beetje vergist in de ligging. Ik dacht dat het 5 minuten van het centrum van Sant Feliu de Guixols ligt maar het is ongeveer een half uur te voet. Het ligt wel dichterbij een winkelstraat van S'Agaró maar dat is nogal sfeerloos. Wij waren er in het naseizoen (oktober) en dan is het gezelliger om dichterbij het centrum van Sant Feliu de Guixols te zitten aangezien daar wat meer te beleven is. Het strand wat dichtbij deze accommodatie ligt is overigens wel sfeervoller en intiemer dan dat bij het centrum van Sant Feliu de Guixols. Verder vond ik het jammer dat je naar het hotel van Van der Valk moet lopen om te zwemmen en (gratis) te parkeren, je maakt er dan minder snel gebruik van dan wanneer het direct bij je accommodatie is. Staat wel duidelijk aangegeven dus was hiervan op de hoogte bij boeken.

  Our stay was nice, the check-in information and communication was nonexistent! The pool is at the hotel and not on sigh

  The property was lovely. It is spacious and has a great deck and easy access to the beach and restaurants.

  The management was not responsive and did not respond with arrival instructions, we inquired the day prior to arrival and no one responded for 4 days! Apparently the property is managed by a hotel 4 blocks away, which is also where the parking is. We had the address but no instructions or access information. We spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to check in and access the unit. Finally the restaurant owner below the building told us to check at the hotel. It was very disorganized and frustrating. The unit is nice but the add says a pool but it is not onsite, instead at the hotel. There is a moldy smell in the stairway and interior building.
