Massive apartment great for groups of friends - be prepared to go shopping
Location was amazing apartment was very big four decent sized bedrooms. Great for groups of friends and famillies. Only up one flight of stairs (or lazily in the lift) which was good as it was a tall building. Beach literally on your doorstep through a gate. outside showers also really handy to use when you came back in to limit the sand in the apartment. Gardens were stunning and view of beach was gorgeous spent most mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony with some drinks. Drying rack outsdie too for clothes Beds were clean and comfy, extra bedding in wardrobes. Aircon was great was very nice after such humid days. They had units in each bedroom too. Kitchen was good and came with most cooking appliances with a big fridge. Showers were great including the spa shower but.. (see negatives) Benicssim station 45min walk, Benicassim town 30 mis, Lidl 17 min, Mercadona 10 mins Was a great time and would stay again.
Couple things that we knew before, others we didn't, but were still a pain... No towels (fine) No toilet roll (no biggie we bought some from shop) No bath mats so bathrooms became very dirty, slippery and dangerous. This needs to be added as a safety features. No hand soap so could not wash hands for first day. No dish soap No tea towels in the kitchen so couldn't dry up after washing No oil/ salt/ pepper I appreciate it is a self service apartment that can be rented for weeks at a time but for those only staying for a few nights it is unlikely we would want to furnish an apartment with these essentials particularly bath mats, tea towels and soap.

La ubicación yla amplitud del apartamento
Mantenimiento muy deficiente. A nuestra llegada algunas bombillas fundidas, las camas sin hacer con las sabanas sobre el colchón ( el de la habitación principal muy sucio, aunque es verdad que lo cambiaron a la mañana siguiente), varios muebles desvencijado o rotos... En fin, un equipamiento de "batalla" en un apartamento magnífico. Una pena

La ubicación. Muy cómodo, con acceso directo a la playa.
El sistema de recogida y entrega de llaves en un lugar distinto del apartamento. Y los horarios de check in (17:00) y check out (11:00h) que pagas un día que no disfrutas además de no ofrecer posibilidad de guardar las maletas ni antes, ni después. Recomendaría un poco más de flexibilidad
