Posizione perfetta, comodissima per visitare tutta la costa orientale dell’isola. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate, i terrazzini sono adorabili e con una bella vista. Prezzo decisamente competitivo per la media dell’isola.
Da sistemare l’aria condizionata. Aggiungerei un po’ di utensili di “base”, cose imprescindibili in una cucina (un mestolo, dell’olio). Soprattutto, riguarderei un po’ la situazione insetti, le formiche sono molto presenti.

Great place for relax at the beach and adventure all over the island
Everything was great, clean apartment at a very good place. For me it was great place to stay and if I go to Mallorca again, I will choose this apartment again. There are 2 shops just several steps away from the door, where you can buy the food, water and all the basic things you need. The beach is as well several steps from the apartment, just over the street. It is no problem to go in swimming dress directly to the beach, which is as well clean, with soft sand and no deep water even in bigger distance from the coast. Perfect fror relax. Several restaurants are at the place (and a bar at the beach) and if you like to walk closer into the city centre, there are other restaurants and shops (about 5 to 15 minutes walk there are other restaurants and souvenir shops and some disco club). I recommend to rent a car just at the airport and you can make trips from here to the monastery, to the caves, or to the mountains at the other side of the island. This place is not for those who need "silence" at dusk, the apartment is located by the street where lots of cars, motorcycles and peopole are going until 1 or 2 AM at night - but it is normal at such place. I am a night person so for me it is not a problem, the good bonus is, that in the morning it is calm place, almost silent, as I am normally sleeping till 10 AM, this place was with my "biorhytm" totally synchronised :-D. I just write it for those wo are getting up at 6 AMand go to sleep at 10 in the evening - it will be probably not for you :-)

La posizione era perfetta. Vista spiaggia sotto casa. L’appartamento era comodo, aveva tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato anche gli ombrelloni da portare in spiaggia. L’appartamento era pulito, letti spaziosi e comodi. Terrazzino largo e spazioso, ottimo per cenare con vista spiaggia. Con una camminata tranquilla si raggiunge il centro di Portocolom e sotto casa ci sono locali e posti per mangiare. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei
Se proprio devo dire qualcosa da aggiungere posso dire che sarebbe stato utile avere degli asciugamani da spiaggia e dei contenitori per portarsi il cibo in spiaggia (per quando si va in spiagge lontane)
