Please always indicated on your booking the exact number of adults and children that will stay in the apartment. For stays of more than 1 week, cleaning is done once a week. For stays of less than 1 week, cleaning is done on departure. Cleaning includes a change of sheets and towels. An iron is available from reception upon request. At this proprty, reservations for 3 apartments or more are considered as group reservations. Group reservations will be charged a security deposit is €300 per apartment, the cesurity deposit must be paid at least 5 days before the arrival date. This deposit will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours after check-out, provided that all property rules have been followed and no damage has occurred. The property will contact the guest to inform them of the deposit amount and the payment instructions.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
