    We stayed only two nights and ate out, but conditions not good enough for longer stay.

    Excellent location, close to plaza Mayor and Royal Palace. Two bathrooms

    Keys did not open first door. No response from number provided. Fortunately. Kind neighbour gave us a passcode. Later in day, struggled to open apartment door, and another neighbour made a phone call and we finally worked out that the key shouldn’t be turned all the way! These door issues have been raised in earlier reviews but clearly nothing has been done about it. Much of the woodwork in the apartment, especially the bathrooms, is severely damaged presumably from previous flood. Sparsely furnished, bedroom drawers falling apart. Extractor fan not working in one bathroom. No instructions as to where to leave rubbish.
