  Que estaba muy limpio y era espacioso

  El apartamento estaba muy bien y limpio, aunque tuvimos que esperar una hora para entrar porque lo estaban limpiando, ya que los anteriores inquilinos se fueron más tarde,si es cierto,que pudimos disfrutar mientras tanto de la piscina ,pero no veo muy lógico que el checking ponga en booking a las13 h, entremos a las 14 y el checkout sea a las 11 de la mañana . Aunque lo peor de todo es que cuando la chica nos dijo que podíamos entrar ya, vi en la terraza un tendedero lleno de toallas y sábanas , le pregunté si no lo recogía y me dijo que no,que estaba todavía mojado ya que no le había dado tiempo de secarse y que las recogiéramos nosotros por la tarde, porque esas iban a ser nuestras toallas.No doy crédito, me voy una semana de vacciones y tengo que recoger y guardar las sábanas y toallas de lo inquilinos anteriores??? Y no tenía una toalla donde secarme las manos. El bar de que hay en la entrada de los apartamentos, por el que tenemos que pasar para ir a la piscina,tenía la música alta hasta las 11 de la noche , pero los clientes se quedaban después haciendo ruido

  Very dirty, tired and needs updating!

  The size of the apartment was ok. The pool was nice and close by (but sadly we weren’t given a key to access the pool area so hardly used the pool so make sure you check your keys to ensure you have a pool key).

  Unclean (the pillows were very badly stained) brown marks/splashes on walls and curtains, old, tired and in need of a major updating/deep cleaning. When we left the apartment, I took off the sheets and was absolutely disgusted when I saw the pillow inside that we had been sleeping on, very badly stained! It was just a few metres away from a very busy and loud bar and a very long and steep climb from the town centre (definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone with difficulty walking… unless you want to rely on taxis everyday). We didn’t mind walking but the uncleanliness of the apartment was terrible. Plus we weren’t even given a key to the pool so we were unable to use the pool for first half of our stay. We have put in a complaint and are waiting for a response. We have also sent many photos to the company renting the apartment so hopefully for the next guests lots of these issues could be fixed.
