  Very disappointing stay – far below expectations and not as advertised

  The location.

  Although the apartment is in a nice location, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standard we expected based on the listing and its photographs. Wi-Fi and TV not working properly The internet was disconnected and was not reconnected until Thursday. When the technician arrived, he explained that both the internet and TV service had been disconnected, although the TV was provided by a different company. Even after his visit, the Wi-Fi remained extremely slow and barely usable. This is unacceptable for an apartment advertised with these facilities. Insufficient towels and no proper bedding We booked five nights but were provided with only one towel per person for the entire stay. The additional charges for towels were not clearly explained in the listing. When we raised this issue, the host confirmed that only one towel per person is provided per stay......????? There was also no blanket or duvet available when we arrived. The bed looked beautifully made in the advertisement, with a bedspread and decorative cover, but this was not how we found it. As the temperature dropped at night, sleeping with only a sheet was uncomfortable. When we asked about a blanket, the host simply replied that they did not have one. Broken furniture and terrace facilities The furniture was damaged, and one of the sun loungers on the rooftop terrace was broken. As a result, two people could not comfortably enjoy the terrace together. This was particularly disappointing because the terrace could otherwise have been a lovely place to relax. Serious problem with the shower Whenever we used the shower, water flowed into the bedroom, apparently because of a drainage problem. The floor became dangerously slippery, and it was difficult to dry it properly. With only one towel per person for the entire stay, we were left with no practical way to mop up the water without sacrificing our only towel.

  Seville was fantastic, the apartment was a huge disappointment

  the apartment was modern but basic

  the bathroom floor was very dirty. Plates were chipped and glasses cracked. No staff were available/. The entry to apartment was by code and downloading an App. unfortunately the staff did not explain fully and not in English and did not provide the information until 30 minutes later than was advised. Entry was difficult. The apartment was in a very busy street and at night a Cafe opposite the apartment was open to 2-3am and the noise level was horrendous and sleep was impossible until after the cafe closed. If we could have we would have to another location. The owners tended to communicate in Spanish and would not answer our questions. The owners boasted of Free WIFI but i could not log on numerous requests for an explanation went unanswered. There was a Booking .com plaque outside the apartment boasting 5 stars which was not the reality. We did not get value for money and would not recommend to anyone.

  Loved it!

  Enjoyed being on this side of the river, but easy access to everything too. Interior of building very clean and beautiful

  I did not receive a reply to my messages initially. I did not get sent code at time allocated, and had to ask someone else who came out of building for assistance, who luckily spoke Spanish. I was lucky to arrive during the day as would have been worse at night. That is the only thing.

  Perfect location

  The size of the room, beautiful decor and high ceiling. The jacuzzi pool on the roof top was lovely and perfect to cool down after the hot day out exploring the city.

  The lighting was very bright and you needed it on or you would be in completely darkness. I was unlucky, was given room 001 which is on the ground floor with big window facing the walking street, I didn't mind the noises, but you could only open one panel of the window to let the light in, the otherpanel kept swinging back, I had to wedge it with a book to have the full window opened. And there's no shower head holder, I had to hold it with one hand to shower. There's no one at the property and no daily maid service.
