    Great location from my wife's perspective as she loves the Gran Via area in Madrid. The unit is in an older building but the unit is updated.

    The neighbors in an adjacent apartment came in at midnight and carried on an easily overheard conversation until about 1:30 am. I don't believe the apartment making the noise is affiliated with the one we rented but the walls seem to be paper thin with no sound-proofing evident. In any event it made for a poor night's sleep. The shower stall in the unit is about the size of a phone booth and turning in the shower was enough to cause your body to turn the water flow off.

    I would highly recommend this property if you’d like to be central to everything for a visit to Madrid. Nice to have the

    Excellent location, central to everything that we wanted from our first visit to Madrid. Clean, very well though through property with everything we needed to make our visit the best it could be. It was wonderful to stay in a traditional property with wooden shutters. The host was excellent, polite and attentive. Nice to have the extra pillows - it aided our sleep. The windows were absolutely fantastic at blocking out the noise from the Main Street at night. My partner said it’s the best city apartment he’s stayed in. We both loved it!
