  Excellent apartments and helpful staff

  Very clean and spacious apartment. Swimming pool was heated. Walking distance to shops and beach. Excellent value for money

  We’ve just returned from a four-night stay and were really impressed with the apartment and the complex overall. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were polite and welcoming. The complex itself is lovely, and having a supermarket right next door was incredibly convenient. Our apartment was absolutely spotless. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate little kitchen area and two balconies, so there was plenty of space. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There were also lots of thoughtful essentials already provided, including washing-up liquid, shampoo, body wash, body cream and even makeup remover, which was a really nice touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were lovely and soft and squishy! I actually ended up sleeping on the sofa one night because of a snorer in our room, and I have to say the sofa was just as comfortable. There was also a TV with British channels, which was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we realistically needed for a light stay, and everything was clean and in good condition. Despite only staying for four nights, our towels were changed twice, which was excellent. The only time housekeeping didn't come in was when we had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. There are two swimming pools, and although the sun loungers around the pool are plentiful, they are very hard and would definitely benefit from having cushions available. There is plenty of room in the apartments, so providing some cushions that guests could take down to the pool would make a really good stay even better. We actually ended up walking down to the beach on one day because we found the loungers too uncomfortable to lie on for long. We also discovered that you can use the loungers at the hotel across the road, which were a little more comfortable, so we did that on one of the days. The complex is slightly away from the main tourist area, which we actually really liked.

  The only negative was the hard sunbeds...cushions would be such a bonus to this stay. And if you can't do stairs it may be a struggle.

  Viaje en familias

  Fuimos un grupo de amigos con los niños a pasar un fin de semana de desconexión. El trato desde la llegada fue muy cercano y amable. El personal estuvo atento a todas nuestras peticiones. La piscina climatizada. La cercanía a todos los servicios.

  En la habitación no hay aire acondicionado.
