Gute Lage, sehr geräumig und sauber.
Man konnte die Balkontüre nicht abschließen und nach Aufforderung dies zu beheben, wurde dies uns zugesichert, es ist aber nichts passiert. Zudem muss man am Ende die Küche inkl. aller Utensilien und Geräte putzen um eine Gebühr von 25 Euro zu vermeiden.

Excelente qualidade-preço, com óptima localização.
A localização é excepcional e a anfitriã foi sempre muito simpática e prestável, dando todas as indicações necessárias para um check-in e check-out sem problemas. A cama era bastante grande e espaçosa e a cozinha estava minimamente equipada a nível de utensílios. Para uns dias no Faial foi o ideal.
Apesar do alojamento estar bastante limpo no geral, o chão estava sujo à nossa chegada, sendo impossível andar descalço no apartamento sem ficar com os pés sujos. O apartamento tem algumas zonas a precisar de manutenção, como várias rachas nas paredes, zona do chuveiro que não drena a água convenientemente, sanita solta do chão, luz da cozinha intermitente até aquecer, etc. Não tem o básico para cozinhar como azeite, sal e pimenta, tornando-se chato ter de comprar tal para 1 ou 2 dias.

Un joli petit appartement au 2 ème étage situé proche du centre, avec une vue imprénable sur l'océan et Pico. C'était une belle surprise. La literie a été confortbale. Le propriétaire a été présent (par message) et comminicatif.
L'équippement de la cuisine a été minimaliste

Comfortable apartment with nice location and great host
The host was always reachable via WhatsApp, so the communication was top. Another great Amenity is the AC. The location was also perfect. Right on the marina, most things in Horta were reachable by foot and parking was on the street right in front of the apartment. Not once did we have a problem finding a parking spot. Extra plus: the view of Pico
The toilet seat had a yellow (presumably urin) stain on the front inside.
