    Locatia, curatenia si facilitatile.

    Umezeala, lipsa de aerisire/ventilatie la baie, miros de mancare de pe evacuarea hotelor vecine si zgomotul din cladire - de la usi trantite, curatenia in apartamentele vecine si zgomot de la vecini.
