    It was really clean and everything seemed brand new. It’s further away from the city centre but you can park your car for free easily and it’s walking distance from beautiful beach that we enjoyed. Owner is really sweet and helpful with everything that we needed throughout our visit. 100% recommend.

    La tranquilidad del sitio, para moverte en transporte público hay dos líneas de bus a pocos metros, bares y restaurantes también muy cerca para ir andando muy buenos sobre todo uno llamado "La Lola" y varios centros comerciales muy cercanos y por supuesto el aparcamiento para el coche pues prácticamente lo puedes dejar casi siempre al lado del apartamento o a unos pocos metros o sea que siempre tienes aparcamiento muy cerca.

    La distancia que hay para ir a la playa pues tienes que coger el coche o bajar en bus, pues aunque una relativamente no queda muy lejos (Playa de Mataleñas) para ir andando cargados con la sombrilla y alguna tumbona se te hace muy pesado y si bajas a la playa del Sardinero peor pues andando queda muy lejos.
