Clean fresh and modern penthouse in an ideal location
Great very well appointed and cleverly designed modern apartment with everything you could need in the kitchen, a big tv and comfortable lounge, and lovely rooftop terrace. The location for Triana, Vegueta and San Telmo station was perfect for exploring and easy access from the airport by bus. It was easy to forget how close to the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars and numerous restaurants near by as the apartment is actually very peaceful. Good communications throughout from the owner and if you like burgers, Goons nearby was superb.

Central apartment
Big apartment with everything you need inside. A Great terrace also with a grill.
I don't know if this is Just in december, but we had no sun at the terrace. We had shadow all day.
