    Perfekte Lage mit Abstrichen bezüglich der Ausstattung.

    Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, relativ sicher und die wichtigen Standorte in der Stadt gut erreichbar.

    Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht klar hervor, dass es sich um eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss handelt. Das Sofa ist extrem unbequem, da möchte niemand drauf Platz nehmen. Ein zugänglicher Stecker im Schlafzimmer wäre sinnvoll.
