Nice apartment in the centre of seville
Nice clean and secure apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by a lift. Excellent location close to all amenities

Uiteindelijk viel het mee maar toch wat kleine frustraties
- Locatie was perfect. Kleine 10 min wandelen van kathedraal. - Regelmatig vraag van verhuurder of alles ok was dus goede communicatie.
- Grootste probleem is de douche. Deur gaat maar 45 graden open en dan staat toilet nog in de weg. Siliconenafdichting moet vernieuwd worden. - Haren in douche en in wasmachine. - Mijn echtgenote heeft heel de Senseo machine uitgekuist, niettegenstaande we die niet gebruikt hebben. Er zaten nog pads van vorige huurders in en machine was gewoon vuil. - parkeren in de buurt is pokkeduur. Ik heb mijn auto 4 dagen buiten centrum gezet en ben met metro naar centrum teruggekeerd. - Airco is vuil. - Waarom wordt de code van de voordeur geen dag of enkele uren voor check-in doorgegeven??? Nu sta je met al je bagage voor de deur en kan je de verhuurder nog gaan bellen. Door het verkeer versta je dan niks wat hij zegt. Dit kan toch eenvoudig opgelost worden als je de code al zou hebben. - Ik begrijp dat je in een echte grootstad zit en dat de prijzen wat duurder uitvallen. Toch vind ik het te duur voor wat je uiteindelijk krijgt.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied
L’appartement se situe dans une petite rue tranquille à cinq minutes à pied de la cathédrale L’immeuble est très bien entretenu, le logement, composé d’un salon une cuisine, salle de bain et une chambre et très propre et très bien équipé
