Entry into the apartment will be carried out autonomously, based on a code system. These codes will be issued on the day of arrival, and once guest registration has been successfully completed. This amount will be refunded after your departure, when we verify that the apartment has been left in the same conditions in which you found it, and provided that the coexistence rules have been met. You must respect the apartment, its furniture and equipment, etc. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. If the company is contacted by the police or the neighborhood community, due to noise and scandals, you must leave the apartment, losing the rent as well as the deposit deposited at the entrance.
