    Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und der Pool war immer sauber.

    Insbesondere das Badezimmer, ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad gab es kaum Beleuchtung, was den Komfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Auch das Sofa im Zimmer war eher etwas für den Sperrmüll. Enttäuschend war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld des Aufenthalts. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche konnte ich die Unterkunft mehrere Tage vor meiner Anreise nicht erreichen, um die Check-in-Modalitäten zu klären. Erst während meines Fluges erhielt ich eine standardisierte Nachricht mit der Aufforderung, vor dem Bezug des Zimmers einen Online-Check-in durchzuführen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war diese Information wenig hilfreich und kam schlichtweg zu spät. Was ich besonders unprofessionell fand, war, dass weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Erklärung für die vorherige Nichterreichbarkeit erfolgte. Insgesamt besteht sowohl beim Zustand der Unterkunft als auch bei der Kommunikation mit den Gästen deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

    Foi razoável.

    O apartamento era bastante espaçoso, tinha uma varanda que dava diretamente para o jardim.

    O mobiliário e os equipamentos do apartamento são bastante datados, lâmpadas com ferrugem, o sofá bastante desgastado, o colchão era muito mole... Tinha pedido uma cama de casal e deram-nos uma cama dupla. Em termos da localização, o apartamento fica nas traseiras de um colégio e de manhã para sair de carro há muito transito.
