    We had a great week on this our first visit to Madeira, we will visit again.

    The location was good with many restaurants and bars in the local area, as well as good transport links into the old town. the travel agents next door provided many reasonably priced options for walking and coach tours around the island.

    The apartment was above a restaurant with lingering kitchen smells when the windows where open, but keeping the windows shut resulted in a very warm sleeping environment ( no A/C ).

    Nice apartment on the top floor with great balcony area, good sized apartment. Clean & right next to restaurants & shops.

    Starting to look a little tired, needs a paint inside. Kitchen cupboard doors could do with a few screws tightened. Bathroom door affected by water from shower & has blown at the bottom. We found the noise level from the road quite bad in the evening (seems noisy cars & motorbikes like to speed down the road). As there is no Aircon windows need to be open, so you can't shut out the noise. Finally not the owners fault but right next door Four Views hotel being upgraded & noisy workmen drilling throughout the daytime, & overlooked by large crane & workmen, luckily we tend to go out during the day, but would not have wanted to lay on the balcony during the day.

    Ótima localização e funcionária muito prestável.

    A localização é ótima. Bons transportes. Zona agradável. Perto de um dos pontos de recolha de uma das empresas mais usadas para tours pela ilha, o que nos foi muito útil. Funcionária muito atenciosa e sempre disponível para solucionar alguma questão que surgisse.

    Falta ar condicionado no apartamento. Apanhamos dias de temperaturas muito elevadas, o que tornou a estadia bastante difícil por causa do elevado calor dentro do apartamento.
