For people where WiFi is not important the apartment would be ideal in cleanliness and location would be ideal

Location, cleanliness and facilities of apartment.

On the fifth floor WiFi was not available. We are people to whom WiFi is important and the only choice we had was to sit in the lobby to deal with anything important. If we wanted to stream anything or just sit in our apartment and contact other people that was denied us.
