Lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo nam odpowiadała, czyste zamknięte osiedle, spokojna okolica. Niedaleko była budowa, ale na to obiekt nie ma wpływu, kiedyś się skończy. Niedaleko wszystkie potrzebne sklepy i inne udogodnienia. Jak ktoś przyjeżdża z rowerami jest zamknięte miejsce do ich przechowywania. Dla nas największym udogodnieniem były podjazdy dla niepełnosprawnych i winda. Byliśmy tylko we dwoje, nie gotowaliśmy tylko jedliśmy śniadania, tak więc dla nas wyposażenie było ok. Jak ktoś chciał by gotować, do dyspozycji jest kuchnia i niezbędne przedmioty, łazienka czysta i w pełni wyposażona,
Zastrzeżenia mamy w zasadzie dwa, brudne ściany w salonie co nie wyglądało zbyt dobrze oraz sypialnia. W sypialni wstawiono łóżko, które niestety zajęło cały pokój, w zasadzie nie można się tam było poruszać. Dojście do łóżka to w zasadzie ze 30 cm, tak więc nie można było postawić normalnie stopy. Dla osoby po operacji nogi, jak było w naszym przypadku, było to trudne wyzwanie aby się na nim położyć i z niego wstać.
