Super lokalizacja, samo centrum Szczecina. Blisko sklep netto. Do mieszkania przechodzi się przez dziedziniec, także nie jest w bezpośredniej bliskości ulicy. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Bezproblemowe pobranie i zdanie kluczy. Polecam w 100%.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie w cichej okolicy, dobrze wyposażone, dla jednej lub dwóch osób👌, obok są sklepy i przystanki, wygodny i szybki dojazd centrum.
Bardzo by przydało się zainstalować klimatyzację lub przynajmniej wentylator, zwłaszcza na letni czas, bo mieszkanie znajduje się prawie na poddaszu I dlatego szybciej i bardziej się nagrzewa.
