Przytulne i odnowione dwupokojowe mieszkanie w budynku wielorodzinnym relatywnie blisko morza.
Sympatyczna właścicielka. Dobry kontakt. Parking przy wejściu do budynku i nie bezpośrednio na ulicy. Generalnie czysto. Funkcjonalna i dobrze wyposażona zarówno kuchnia jak i łazienka. Odrębne WC. Wizualnie przyjemne i wygodne użytkowo umeblowanie.
Generalnie trzy sprawy: Po pierwsze oferta zawiera TV a na miejscu są dostępne tylko darmowe TVP Polonia, TVP Nauka, TVP Dokument z taniego dekodera. Co więcej obraz często się rwał. Nie da się tego normalnie oglądać. Brak podstawowych programów informacyjnych TVP1, TVP2, Polsat, TVN, co jest standardem wszędzie gdzie do tej pory byliśmy. Pewnie trzeba zapłacić te 50 zł abonamentu, ale termin "apartament" do czegoś zobowiązuje, bez względu na to czy klient to ogląda czy nie i nie byłoby problemu z płynnością odbioru z dedykowanego dekodera. Po drugie obszerna i funkcjonalna kabina prysznicowa miała częściowo zapleśniałe i przeciekające uszczelnienia. Na pewno do poprawy od zaraz. Po trzecie, widok z okien pokoi dosłownie na blaszane (i głośne w czasie deszczu) wiaty lokalnego bazaru rodem z głębokiego PRL-u, o czym nie ma mowy i czego niestety nie widać na zdjęciach ofertowych.
