    Would use again.

    Found bed very comfortable. Room was well supplied. Nice adjustable lighting.

    Instructions for microwave didn't fit match the device itself. No instructions for TV. Seems a bit odd to provide electric hob but no pans.

    The location was excellent for my trip to the O2 institute. Plenty of pubs close by and just down from the Bullring.

    The single beds were quite narrow and soft. Pillows were to soft. ( seems to be a common thing with all hotels)

    I can wholeheartedly reccommend this accommodation!

    The staff was very lovely and helpful. The best of all was how warm og cozy the breakfast room was. The women serving the breakfast were outstanding!!! Even though the room and tables are small you offer everything a traveller needs for breakfast, excellent selection of breakfast options.

    There is nothing wrong or anything missing.

    Perfect room, perfect staff and prefect location

    The room was pristine, everything seemed new. The kitchen had everything, dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge, microwave. The shower room was perfect. There was even a pullout dining table under the desk, iron and ironing board. The staff were so friendly and helpful. the gym looked great but I hadn't brought anything suitable to wear so I couldn't try it. I wished I had a few more days there. The hotel was so close to the bullring and New Street station.

    The TV reception wasn't so good. Some channels had a delay in the sound. That was the only thing that could be improved.
