Una estancia genial y un trato del personal de 10
La verdad es que estuvimos súper a gusto. El apartamento estaba genial, todo muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La cocina, el baño y la terracita estaban muy bien, y era un sitio bastante tranquilo donde se podía descansar perfectamente. Pero lo que más quiero destacar es el trato del personal, especialmente del chico que nos atendió, porque se portó de maravilla con nosotros. Una noche volvimos bastante tarde y tuvimos un problema con la llave para entrar. A pesar de estar fuera de su horario, el chico se dio cuenta por las cámaras y salió directamente a ayudarnos, sin que tuviéramos ni que avisarle. Además, cuando ya había vuelto a mi ciudad, me di cuenta de que me había dejado un AirPod en el apartamento. Contacté con ellos y tuvieron el detallazo de enviármelo a casa. Son cosas que se agradecen muchísimo y que marcan la diferencia. Se nota cuando alguien se preocupa de verdad por sus huéspedes. ¡Un trato de 10 y una experiencia buenísima!
La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien. Por poner alguna pega, quizás la relación calidad-precio podría ser un poquito mejor, pero por lo demás ninguna queja. ¡Muy contentos con la estancia!

Tutto bene
Appartamento molto carino (solo un po' odore di chiuso appena arrivate). Cucina dotata di tutto ma sarebbe carino trovare almeno sale e zucchero per non dover comprare 1 kg di tutto al supermercato per stare poche notti. Bagno grande e letti super comodi Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile
Le finestre un po' vecchie,segnale wi fi debole nel ns appartamento, mancanza di abat jour in camera. Il personale dovrebbe parlare anche inglese ma non è stato un problema anche perché erano tutti gentilissimi e disponibili.
