So machen Binz und Rügen Spaß
Sehr schöne Lage, hat unsere schon hohen Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Toller Blick von Balkon/Loggia, problemloses Parken, Ausstattung komplett – ließ keine Wünsche offen

Pure Erholung mit idyllischer Ostee direkt vor dem Fenster.
Der Ausblick is phenomenal und der Balkon ist größer, als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Vorhänge leisten sehr guten Lichtschutz und die Schallisolierung ist gut. Da wir außerhalb der Hochsaison da waren, ist dies jedoch nicht abschließend für uns beurteilbar. Der Parkplatz ist mit Schranke geschützt und es gibt einen zugeteilten, spezifischen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, was ein großer Vorteil ist. Da man am äußeren Rand von Binz ist, hat man mehr Natur und Ruhe, während das Zentrum nur sehr wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist.
Es war etwas schwierig aus den Beschreibungen zu erkennen, ob die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine hatte. Auf den Bildern war keine zu sehen, in der Beschreibung stand es da, letztendlich gab es jedoch keine. Der Strandkorb war etwas schwierig zu finden und befand sich etwas weiter entfernt, bei dem FKK Strand. Das ist an sich nicht schlecht, man sollte es einfach nur wissen. Eventuell befinden sich andere Strandkörbe auch woanders.

Sehr gutes Apartmenthaus in dem Hunde erlaubt sind.
Sehr gute Lage, alle Apartments haben Meerblick und Balkon, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, Autos stehen auf nach Apartment-Nr. auf dem Hof, wir fanden es im Haus sehr ruhig (April)
