    Nicht perfekt, aber sehr gut

    Die Lage im generellen, war top

    Wenn es sehr warm wird, dann ist es wegen fehlender Klimaanlage recht stickig und den Balkon kann man nur bei gutem angenehmen Wetter nutzen, da kein Vordach oder Sonnenschirm/Markise vorhanden ist. Es ist wenig Luftzug, auch wenn auf 2 Seiten Fenster sind.

    Lage ost einfach top.... kleiner Balkon aber Geilenkirchen. Reicht vollkommen. Abendsonne mit frechen Möwen inklusive.
