Es handelt sich um eine schön gelegene aber mäßig ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung.
Die Lage war recht schön, Kobarid war nicht weit entfernt aber man war außerhalb einer größeren Stadt. Das kleine Örtchen Potoki ist niedlich und beschaulich, die Nähe zum Fluss Nadiza schön, wir sind mehrmals zum Fluss spaziert und waren schwimmen. Das Schönste am Haus war die Terrasse.
Vieles im Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und funktioniert nicht bzw. nicht mehr gut. Türen und Fenster schließen teils nicht richtig. Mehrere Schränke, im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, sind verschlossen. Im Schlafzimmer hat man daraufhin keinen Schrank, um seine Kleidung abzulegen. W-Lan bricht regelmäßig ab. Wenn im oberen Appartement die Klimaanlage angeschaltet wird ist diese so laut, dass man sie die ganze Nacht hört und auch tagsüber auf der Terrasse. Die Ruhe, die man eigentlich nach hinten raus haben könnte ist damit perdu. Die Terrasse ist so zugewachsen, dass man überhaupt keinen Blick mehr in die Landschaft hat. Die untere Wohnung hat keine Liegestühle, so dass man draußen nur auf einer Holzbank sitzen kann. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel, bei schlechtem Wetter oder in der dunkleren Jahreszeit macht es dann keinen Spaß, sich längere Zeit drinnen aufzuhalten.

La vue incroyable, Anders est très attentif à notre bien-être, l'appartement est top, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Potoki et nous reviendrons certainement.

A relaxing week of summer holidays in the beautiful Soca valley
A spacious and well-equipped (from water cooker to laundry machine) apartment in a quiet small village near Kobarid (4 km), a fifteen-minute walk above the beautiful Nadiza river (perfect for your daily walk and/or swim). Anders and Jane seem to be gradually turning this place into their second home - the best is yet to come! The description and pictures on Booking show the apartment exactly as it is. Communication with Anders and the local housekeeper was smooth and friendly.
