Perfect place to stay, highly recommend to any travellers
Great facilities and space, nice to have parking and the space was so clean. Loved the coffee machine to make your own in the apartment. Good location to town and shops, avoiding any traffic as it’s just a short 10 minute walk to town centre. Would definitely stay again if we have the chance to visit the Bovec area again

Basement with mold, moisture in the air, mosquitos and a window facing a shaft. Uncofrtable
Everything is almost new in the apartment and from the pictures everything seems ok (until you get inside)
The apartment is located in the basement and has a strong moldy smell throughout the property, particularly in the bathroom and underneath the kitchen sink. The bedroom has only one window, which faces an internal shaft. Although a ground-level grill allows some natural light to reach the window, the bedroom itself is below ground level and has very limited ventilation and natural light. The Wi-Fi connection is provided through a wireless extender and was frequently disconnected. At times, there was no internet connection at all. We were also asked to move our car to the neighbouring piece of land because all parking spaces belonging to the property were reserved by the owner. There were also many mosquitoes inside the apartment. Given the damp, basement environment and the absence of mosquito nets on the windows, it was very difficult to keep the mosquitoes out or ventilate the apartment without letting more mosquitoes inside. Overall, staying in the apartment was very uncomfortable, even for just a few hours. The moldy walls and strong smell made the environment unpleasant, while the dampness in the air made us feel noticeably colder. There was also an issue with the check-in time. The listing stated that check-in started at 14:00. However, only three days before our arrival, we received a message informing us that check-in would instead be from 15:00. Because of this last-minute change, we had to rearrange our entire day's plans and ultimately arrange to arrive at 17:00 to accommodate the new check-in time. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment made it difficult to stay there comfortably.
