Das Apartment ist recht neu, gut eingerichtet, geräumig und supersauber. Günstige Lage, ca 5-10 Minuten zu den beiden Supermärkten, 5 Minuten zum Bus, 10 Minuten zum Kurzentrum, 12 Minuten zum Bahnhof..
Leider keine Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss an der Straße, Fenster sind direkt zum Gehweg. daher müssen die Jalousien immer geschlossen bleiben um nicht von draußen beobachtet zu werden, und es ist dadurch ziemlich dunkel. Überall Steinfußboden, sehr fußkalt. Punktabzug für die Dusche, es gibt keine Duschkabine, keinerlei Abtrennung und keinen Vorhang, sodass jedesmal beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt wird.
