The apartment was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Old Town, making it easy to explore. The host was wonderful! Communication was excellent and he checked in with us almost daily to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated that thoughtfulness. One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is at the top of 100+ stairs which could be a challenge for some travelers, especially those with mobility concerns. However, if you are comfortable with the climb, the location makes it a great home base and the host is awesome!

Desilusión absoluta
Lo que mas me gustó es la amabilidad del señor que nos recibió y subió las espantosas escaleras con nuestro equipaje
Las fotos que muestra booking solamente 1 coincide con la realidad del departamento que nos dieron. Somos tres amigas de 75 años y casi dejamos la vida subiendo y bajando por esas escaleras y nos perdimos Dubrovnik de noche por este motivo. El departamento tenía el baño planta baja, escalera caracol en 1 piso, una habitación grande, en el segundo las otras 2 habitaciones una muy pequeña. La playa todavía la estamos buscando, lo que me deja pensando que nos dieron otro departamento. Con respecto a la altura del depto cuando se lo comentamos a la persona con la que tratábamos ,este se disculpó. Creo que deberían aclarar que es un depto sólo para personas muy jóvenes.

Great place to stay in the Old town
The property was exactly what we were looking for, a place for all 5 of us to stay in the Old town. The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need for a stay. The owner was really easy and nice to deal with. Would recommend
The stairs up to it were brutal, especially with luggage. However if you put Buza bar as a stop off on Google maps and walk up that way it’s much gentler and only adds a minute or so!

Very unique location being inside the walls. The unit is very unique. A small living room and kitchen. Decent-sized bedrooms. The location requires a lot of stair climbing to reach the apartment, so you need to be in good shape. There's also a more gradual approach up the Jesuit steps (head to the end of Main Street (Stradum)) and around the inside of the wall, which we used all the time to get to and from the apartment; the stairs are less steep and easier with Luggage.
The location made it very nice as it was good to be able to walk to all the restaurants and participate in The nightlife.
