  Nice central apartment, with bad management and clever clogs for hosts

  The only positive thing about the apartment was it's location, near the markets&restaurants, we had access to many bus stations and 24/7 kiosks. Also, we respected host's allowance, for all the inconvenience she caused, that she let us left 2 hours later than standard check out time.

  Be aware, host is a scammer and I can explain why. 3 hours before our flight for Belgrade, she informed us that the Barbarossa apartment had a water flood, and she offered us one other apartment with the same price we booked from booking.com (I had read reviews that she had done this again). This way we never got a receipt for our stay, and we had no other choice but to accept the offer since we had no other choice for the budget we could afford. From the second day, a random guy who claimed that he's the owner of the place, entered illegally to our apartment, while we were missing, with 2 potential buyers for the apartment. That happened 3 times in total during our stay, demanding from us to have the apartment ready the time the buyers would come. One more thing that made us upset is the payment, where we had agreed to pay in cash, but when it was time to convert the price we booked from EUR to RSD I showed to owner Revolut's rate 1€=116,6rsd and she insisted to have a rate of 1€=118rsd claiming that she needed the money to give to the lady that was supposed to clean the apartment after ou stay(fun fact she showed up the last day with cleaning products and sheets and started cleaning by her own). I found that very fuuny to experience, she could just ask for a tip, instead of creating her own rates for 4€ profit in total. Last but not least, their bath had a big problem with not letting the water flow down. so whenever we had to take a shower we had to wait at least 45 minutes for the previous bathwater go down the drain.
