Pěkný výhled z terasy
Pokud je venku horko tak by se hodila klimatizace a slunečník na terase.

Nový byt s novým vybavením, prostorná terasa s výhledem, výtah, prostor pro kočárek, káva a čaj
Podkrovní byt byl na konci května velmi horký. Nemá klimatizaci (pouze obyčejný ventilátor) a kousek od oken jezdí mezi 6 a 23h vlaky, tzn. větrání je taky omezené.
