    Great place in the center of historical area and seafront but lots of steps

    Great location, large unit, nice views, well decorated, very clean.

    It is on the 5th floor, so a lot of steps.

    Would definitely stay here again!

    The property was immaculate. Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. The owner, Jakov was very easy to communicate with.

    Just be aware that the apartment is on the very top floor. There are many steps you will have to carry your luggage up.

    4 lovely days in Split

    Location, view, unique style and very clean. Our host, Jakov, was outstanding. A true gentleman!

    Be prepared for the stairs. Not for the faint of heart

    Sehr schöne authentische Wohnung. Sehr centrale Lage mit schalldichten Fenstern. Nett eingerichtet. Sehr netter Empfang.

    Koffer in den 5 Stock schleppen ( leider kein Aufzug aber ein super hilfsbereiter Jacov als Host)

    Perfect location!

    Perfect location, great view from main bedroom window, very clean and well presented! Right on the Riva close to everything we needed. Apartment was a great size plenty of room for 4 people. Was well equipped with everything we needed.

    Not an issue for us at all but it is up 5 flights of stairs - this wasn’t an issue at all and it was actually really nice being on the top floor.
