Extremely disappointing experience – not worth the price Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet my expectations at all and, in my opinion, does not justify its price. There was no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The towels had a strong unpleasant musty smell, giving the impression that they had not been properly dried or stored. The biggest disappointment, however, was the host’s attitude. Due to heavy traffic on the roads, I arrived at 7:30 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. Although the delay was only 30 minutes and caused by circumstances beyond my control, I was charged an additional €20. I found this to be very unfair and completely lacking in understanding or flexibility. Overall, the host was not welcoming or friendly, which made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. I am also surprised by the very high rating of this property on Booking.com, as it does not reflect the experience I had. I hope Booking.com reviews whether the current rating accurately represents the quality of the accommodation and the service provided. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments to other travelers.

Moc se nám líbilo vybavení v celém apartmánu. Kuchyň-varna deska, mikrovlnka, žehlička, pračka. Blízkost zastávky tramvaje. Hned vedle Billa.
