    Ruumikas mugavustega perekorter, aga veits must ja remonti vajav.

    Õues oli palav, aga korteris oli mõnusalt jahe. Pikemaks peatumiseks ruumikas. Olemas kõik mugavused. Hästi rahulik ümbrus.

    Korter vajab sanitaarremonti. Seinad olid määrdunud. Nõudepesusvammi ei olnud. Peamised pinnad olid küll puhtad, aga kokkuvõttes jättis kehva tunde. Dušši all ei tulnud piisavalt külma vett.
