Cítili jsme se jako doma. Voňavé prostředí. Před ubytováním hned zastávka na Zlaté návrší na bus. Super parkování v podzemních garážích. Sauna na pokoji. Velmi čisto všude. Mohu doporučit.

Beautiful apartment, suitable for family with small baby. Great even during hot summer - apartment could keep low temperature even during very hot days (30+degrees) and without AC.
I have only one small reservation regarding the handover of the apartment keys. We were instructed by the owner to collect the keys from a local lady, presumably the person who takes care of/cleans the apartment. However, when we arrived, we were unable to reach her by phone. She also did not respond to our messages, and if I had not been proactive and gone to ask for the keys at Jilemnická bouda myself, we could have easily ended up waiting in the car for more than 30 minutes with our small baby, which obviously would not have been very convenient. When I eventually managed to reach her, she did not even apologize for not answering the phone or messages. Instead, she seemed to consider the whole situation completely normal and even explained that she had seen me taking the keys at Jilemnická bouda, so she did not feel it was necessary to call me back. I don’t consider this to be very professional behaviour, especially when guests are arriving and have been instructed to contact someone specifically for the key handover. Fortunately, we managed to sort it out ourselves, but I think the communication and organization of the key handover could definitely be improved.
