New. Nice view and good location. Cool instructions with nice sugestions. Close to Tommy's restaurant witch we loved. Top part of apartman had AC.

Just portable AC at the bottom part of apartman.

    Comfortable and convenient

Excellent location right across from the public swimming pool. Easy to walk into town. Hosts provided complimentary wine and helped out with questions. The apartment was modern and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The only thing is that the air conditioning unit is placed in a weird location that doesn't reach the lower floor. It might be a good idea to add a second indoor air conditioning unit in the downstairs area. However, there was a heat wave, so it wasn't really anyone's fault.
