    alles is oud werkt niet goed en niet schoon zelfs na een extra schoonmaak beurt De lokatie is top maar het appartement heeft een facelift nodig douche niet goed wastafel loopt niet door bed is 20jaar oud de kraan van de aanrecht zit los 😭

    Il Key Box non funzionava, malgrado ogni tentativo di inserimento del codice non si apriva. Contattato via whatsapp e poi telefonicamente, l'owner, dopo averci ripetuto più volte che era strano e che non era mai successo, ci comunicava che una sua collega sarebbe arrivata non prima di un'ora e mezza. In seguito alle nostre rimostranze, ci inviava una foto del Key Box, evidenziata nella parte alta, suggerendoci di premerla nel tentativo di aprirla, segno che evidentemente il problema fosse già noto e che avessero già usato questo espediente per risolverlo. Oltre a questo, l'appartamento mostra molti segnali di incuria e scarsa manutenzione (dal ripiano e dal paraschizzi della cucina, fino alla ruggine e alla sporcizia del terrazzo). La camera da letto è uno spazio ricavato, angusto, con feritoia alta che si affaccia sull'androne del piano, opprimente. Il divano letto non è un divano letto, ma un divano con una prolunga, sulla quale chi dorme ovviamente si trova lo spazio centrale diviso a metà. Il costo della casa risulta davvero eccessivo per la sua qualità complessiva, giustificato solo in piccola parte dalla posizione centrale.
