    Unprofessional, disgusting, disrespectful behavior

    Nothing because we never were able to get in the property due to host never responding to my calls and texts

    Host of the property never responded after my multiple calls and texts to obtain the key to the property. Because of that we had to find another place so we can continue with our trip and our wedding event that was starting in next couple hours . Very unprofessional!!! We had family wedding which caused us to be late for the event. Property was booked 2 months ahead in June so we can have place and be able to enjoy our stay but unfortunately that didn’t happen and our trip to Sanski Most was cut short due to other rental properties not available in the area. We had worst experience ever. Not sure why he behaved like this towards us when he knew we were coming and that was our only place to stay. I wouldn’t not recommend this property to anyone . Unprofessional behavior he should not be allowed to rent this property through booking or any other site
