    A lovely and relaxing stay with friendly, helpful people, a nice bar, and a great outdoor space for relaxing and chattin

    We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. The team made us feel welcome and were always happy to assist whenever we needed anything. They have a nice bar, a great place to relax. There is also comfortable outdoor seating near the bar, which is perfect for sitting together, having a drink, and enjoying a good chat.

    We enjoyed our stay and had no major complaints.

    Prostor neodpovídá popisu

    Lokalita krásná, Krušné hory jsou nádherné.

    Bohužel jsme byli nuceni najít nové ubytování ihned po příjezdu, protože ubytování naprosto nevyhovovalo. Prostor zapáchal, jako kuřácký byt, vyuzené stěny od kamen, vlhkost a plíseň na stěnách, zatuchlo. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme cestovali s dítětem a máme sklony k alergiím, tak jsme se domluvili s majitelkou a ta byla tak laskavá, že nám uznala zrušení rezervace a obratem jsme si našli ubytování jinde.
