    Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obok piekarnia i sklep spożywczy, restauracje. Blisko przystanek autobusowy i lokalny targ.Ta okolica tętni życiem, odbywają się uliczne koncerty. Jest blisko do Areny i dworca autobusowegi. Pokój czysty, jest lodówka, czajnik, można zrobić sobie kawę i herbatę. Jest żelazko i deska do prasowania, odkurzacz. Łatwy dostęp do pokoju i dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

    W nocy jest dosyć głośno, ponieważ na dole jest restauracja i goście siedzą do późnych godzin W związku z tym nie można spać przy otwartym oknie.
