Sixth-Floor Apartment in a Central Location with a Balcony
The location of the property couldn't be better. You're right in the city center, but it's quiet enough to get some rest. The balcony is a great feature, too. The price was very reasonable.
The sixth floor with no elevator might be a problem for some people, whether due to health reasons or luggage. I'd personally appreciate a wine opener and wine glasses in the apartment.

Zentrum war in der Nähe..
Zunächst einmal befindet sich die Wohnung in einem älteren Gebäude im obersten Stockwerk ohne Aufzug. Leider haben wir hier eine enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Wir waren bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung enttäuscht. Besonders das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren nicht sauber. Die Belüftung im Bad ist sehr schlecht, da es kein Fenster gibt. Wir mussten die Toilette selbst reinigen, bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Auch in der Küche lagen Krümel auf dem Boden und an einigen Stellen waren Haare zu finden. Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach nicht für mehrere Personen geeignet. Für maximal zwei Personen mag sie noch ausreichend sein. Außerdem gibt es weder Jalousien noch Vorhänge, sodass man nachts von außen direkt in die Wohnung sehen kann. Das ist sehr unangenehm und bietet wenig Privatsphäre. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht richtig einstellen, da die Fernbedienung nicht funktioniert hat. Deshalb mussten wir sie direkt über die Steckdose ein- und ausschalten. Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig und wird nach den städtischen Tarifen pro Stunde oder über eine Tageskarte abgerechnet. Der Vermieter war am Telefon freundlich und hat versucht, die Situation irgendwie zu rechtfertigen und uns entgegenzukommen. Leider hätte uns das in diesem Moment jedoch nicht wirklich weitergeholfen.

Vlasnik je bio susretljiv i da nam ostavi ključeve kad je nama odgovaralo i da ostanemo dan duže.Hvala mu na tome baš nam je značilo.Bilo je čisto sve je imalo u stanu što nam je bilo potrebno.Blizu centra i mostića na reki Bosna.Parking smo pronalazili između zgrada.Sve pohvale
